Logitech has introduced its latest innovation, the POP Icon Keys, a keyboard. The POP Icon Keys seeks to personalise work settings while also providing a high-quality typing experience.
As per Art O'Gnimh, general manager of Logitech's personal workspace division, the POP Icon Keys embody the company's view that customers' workspaces should be both stylish and productive. "POP Icon Keys delivers a brilliant typing experience and smart productivity shortcuts, in a carefully crafted standout design," according to him.
The keyboard's curved, low-profile keys are aimed at offering a responsive and silent typing experience. The POP Icon Keys include four customisable Action Keys that allow users to save time by accessing productivity tools, social networking, music and video applications, as well as activating AI tools such as the Logi AI Prompt Builder, with a single key press.
The keyboard also has one-touch shortcut keys for operations like mute, emoji menu and screenshot, which can be customised with the free Logi Options+ app. It offers smooth typing across several operating systems and devices, allowing users to move between up to three PCs, phones or tablets with the press of a button. With a battery life of up to 36 months, the POP Icon Keys offer long-term dependability and productivity.
Along with the keyboard, Logitech developed the POP Icon Combo, which combines the POP Icon Keys and the POP Mouse. The POP Mouse includes SmartWheel technology for precise navigation and Silent Touch Technology, which reduces click noise by 90 per cent. It has two customisable Action Buttons via the Logi Options+ app for seamless transitions between work and leisure modes, a battery life of up to 24 months and the capacity to connect to three devices.
Logitech prioritised sustainability in the design of the POP Icon Keys and POP Mouse, which employ post-consumer recycled plastic in their parts, with content ranging from 37 per cent to 70 per cent, depending on colour. Logitech's packaging is supplied from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources, focusing on product circularity and lowering their carbon footprint.
The POP Icon Keys will be available in India beginning October 2024, in a variety of colour combinations including rose/off-white, orange/off-white, graphite/green, lilac/off-white and graphite/off-white. The retail pricing for the keyboard, POP Icon Keys Combo and POP Mouse are Rs 6,695, Rs 9,295 and Rs 3,595, respectively.
