iQor, a global managed services providerembedded in the flow between product, people, and services, today announced that it has named Deepak Batheja as its Chief Digital Officer and Group CIO.
In his new role, Batheja is responsible for leading digital strategy, technology operations, and iQor’s Data Solutions and Analytics practice. He will also lead R&D, innovation, and
product development for iQor’s technology services and solutions.

Batheja is a well-known innovator who has developed and leveraged AI, machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and automation platforms to digitize and
transform business models.
Batheja joins iQor from Interactions, where, as EVP, Technology and CIO, he was responsible for the development and expansion of AI offerings and the oversight of the
company’s groundbreaking speech & language platform.
Prior to that, he served as CTO at Sutherland Global Services where he ran mission-critical global technology operations, launched award-winning automation technologies, and
digitized the business while extending the company’s intellectual property footprint.
Batheja has also held senior posts at Deloitte, Unisys, and SunGard, among others.
