Hill+Knowlton Strategies India (H+K) has appointed Chetan Mahajan as president and CEO of H+K India. Mahajan joins from MSLGROUP where he has been managing director of 20:20 MSL and Publicis Consultants Asia.
Mahajan takes over leadership of H+K from Radhika Shapoorjee who will continue to lead H+K India until Mahajan joins in the new year to ensure a smooth transition, and will then leave to pursue other opportunities.
Mahajan began his career at 20:20 Media where he worked as head of operations before 20:20 Media was acquired by MSLGROUP. After the acquisition he led 20:20 MSL and Publicis Consultants Asia with a proven track record of business success working on high-profile clients. He has also served as the President of Public Relations Consultants Association of India.

Shapoorjee joined IPAN in 2007 and was instrumental in the integration of IPAN with Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2009. She has served as President & CEO since then, working closely with her teams and H+K’s global network in order to offer new services to clients and successfully grow H+K India.
