Government of Uttar Pradesh Grants Approval For The Establishment Of SR University, Spearheaded By Vice Chairman, Piyush Singh Chauhan

On the 16th of April, 2023, in a meeting chaired by the chief secretary of the Uttar Pradesh government, Mr. Durga Shankar Mishra, after deliberation on the proposal presented, consent was given for the establishment of three new private universities.

The committee has recommended issuing a letter of intent to SR University in Lucknow, which will be the first university established by the SR Group.

Piyush Singh Chauhan, the head of the SR Group, stated that SR University would not only be an excellent means of education for Indian students but would also prioritize international students. We will write a new chapter in the field of education. Quality will always be our top priority
