Speaking about the concerned focus areas, Kaushik said, “Customer is the nucleus of all businesses. Treat them right and you will flourish”. The company was already operational and relatively known before the pandemic hit. Owing to the well-planned logistics, it was able to not just sustain but also scaled up the operations and introduced 11 natural immunity-boosting products.
Upakarma Ayurveda is expanding from local to global, its products were launched in the USA and UAE and will be launched in more international markets soon.
