Here are some drinks recipes to try out to beat the heat this summer.
1. Strawberry Coconut Cooler
Ingredients:
Fresh coconut water- 120
ml
Strawberry syrup – 30 ml
lemon juice – 15 ml
Sugar syrup – 10 ml
Mint leaves – 4 no.
Garnish with mint sprig in a martini glass.
2. Bloody Orange Spritzer
Orange juice – 60 ml
Honey – 15 ml
Basil leaves – 4 no.
Grenadine syrup – 10 ml
Lemon juice – 10 ml
Ginger ale – 1 can
Garnish with orange twist with cherry in a champagne tulip glass.
3. Virgin Watermelon Margarita
Watermelon juice – 90 ml
Simple syrup – 15 ml
Mint leaves – 4 no.
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Chaat masala – ½ tea spoon
Garnish with mint sprig & diced watermelon in a margarita glass
4. Temptation

Mango juice
Mint leaves
7 up
Garnish with mint sprig & diced watermelon in a wine glass
5. GINGER ROSE FIZZ GINGER JUICE
Lemon juice
Rose syrup
Club soda
