LoanAdda, an online loan aggregator of financial products and loan distribution services, has formed a partnership with real estate giant Unity Group's residential project "Amaryllis" to facilitate quick loan disbursement services for property buyers.

New Delhi-based fintech LoanAdda, incorporated in September 2015, has scored more than 50,000 applications across 2,000 data points per application since inception.
Following the tieup with Unity Group, LoanAdda hopes to become a syndicate for Delhi's biggest residential project and will help in housing loans to customers from all walks of life.
The Amaryllis project is located in central Delhi and covers an area of 39.8 acres.

We’ve decided to assist such future home owners by offering them a dynamic platform like LoanAdda, where they get easy access to loans and realize their dreams into reality," Unity Group’s Krishan Aggarwal said.
Unity Group has developed over 100 development projects across the national capital region.
