Experion Developers, a Gurugram-based real estate developer, is 100 per cent FDI funded and backed by the real estate investing arm of the USD 2.5 billion AT Holdings.
Gaurav Malik is Chief Financial Officer at Experion Developers and is responsible for fundraising, refinancing, company acquisitions, asset management, financial reporting, audit and compliance, planning, treasury and capital structure.
Malik has almost two decades of global experience in finance with some of the leading organisations. He has worked in the US with large banks on mergers and acquisitions and financial due diligence and was also instrumental in setting up India’s first Venture Debt Fund.
He has spearheaded 13 portfolio asset acquisitions and played a key role in 6 asset exits in the last five years including Blackstone Indiabulls asset acquisition, Prestige asset acquisition and Embassy REIT listing.
Earlier, He was CFO of Nucleus Office Parks where he worked for the last 6.5 years.
