DLF's Rajiv Singh Daughters Get Position In Company’s Board

Savitri Devi Singh and Anushka Singh, daughters of DLF chairman Rajiv Singh, have been appointed as the board member of the company. Both got their appointment as the non-executive and non-independent directors. 

Savitri Devi Singh and Anushka Singh have completed their bachelor degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with a specialization in real estate and management.

With the immediate effect, the board of directors also elevated Ashok Kumar Tyagi and Devinder Singh as the CEOs of the company. Earlier, both were positioned as full-time directors of the company. 

In a regulatory filing, the company said, “on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee of the company has co-opted Savitri Devi Singh and Anushka Singh as additional directors of the company with immediate effect, subject to the approval of the shareholders.” 

DLF is the country's largest real estate firm with a market capitalization of nearly Rs 77,000 crore. The company has developed huge projects in Gurugram and has a widespread presence across the country.
