Diamond Power Infra Secures Rs 409 Cr Order From Adani Green Energy

Diamond Power Infrastructure on Monday said it has secured an order worth Rs 409 crore from Adani Green Energy for the supply of various low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) cables.
According to a filing with the BSE, the supply order is expected to be completed by December 2024.
The letter of intent received from Adani Green Energy highlights the substantial nature of the contract, which includes GST in the total amount. This is a notable win for Diamond Power Infrastructure as it strengthens its position in the market by partnering with a leading energy company.
In its statement, Diamond Power Infrastructure said that there is no involvement of any promoter or promoter group companies in this transaction, ensuring that it does not fall under the category of related party transactions.
