Chaitanya Projects Consultancy, a visionary leader in integrated infrastructure consultancy across India, today announced its appointment by the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) to spearhead the development of pivotal Integrated Manufacturing and Logistics Clusters (IMLCs) across the state.
Spanning 5,490 hectares along five major expressways—the Ganga, Bundelkhand, Agra-Lucknow, Gorakhpur Link, and Purvanchal Expressways—these IMLCs will be a cornerstone in elevating Uttar Pradesh’s industrial and logistical landscape. The project aims to enhance infrastructure, attract substantial investments, and create thousands of jobs. The clusters will offer advanced facilities, exceptional road and rail connectivity, and reliable power supply, creating an ideal environment for manufacturing and logistics activities.
Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Founder and Managing Director of Chaitanya Projects Consultancy, said, “This pivotal project for Uttar Pradesh marks a significant leap in the state’s industrial and logistical evolution. We are honoured to be entrusted with the development of these advanced clusters and are dedicated to delivering excellence. The initiative will focus on fostering substantial industrial growth, establishing new standards of sustainability, and enhancing the quality of life for local communities. This collaboration with UPEIDA will drive transformative change and position Uttar Pradesh at the forefront of industrial and logistical innovation.”
As part of this transformative initiative, Chaitanya Projects Consultancy will spearhead several critical phases of development. The consultancy will deliver a comprehensive master plan and project schedule, manage inception tasks including technical and financial assessments, and develop land zoning plans. The consultancy will also develop integrated engineering solutions for infrastructure, such as roads and utilities, and provide oversight during the construction phase to ensure quality and timely delivery.
The IMLCs are envisioned as self-sustaining nodes with world-class infrastructure, integrating smart growth within newly established industrial clusters. These clusters will feature state-of-the-art road and rail connectivity for seamless freight movement to and from ports and logistics hubs. Additionally, they will be powered by reliable energy sources and supported by quality social infrastructure, ensuring a globally competitive environment conducive to business growth.
