Canara Bank unveiled a suite of new products and services on its 118th Founder’s Day celebration on 20 November. Among the offerings is "Corporate ai1," an application providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of dashboards, forex transactions, and trade finance services like LCs and BGs, along with a bulk payment option.
The application, designed to meet the diverse needs of corporate customers, enables banking transactions through both internet banking and the dedicated app. Additionally, the bank introduced "Canara UPI 123 Pay," an IVR-based UPI solution catering to feature phone users, allowing UPI registration, P2P payments, balance inquiries and UPI pin resets.
Another notable addition is the WhatsApp banking channel, offering 18 services such as balance inquiries, mini statements, account opening and deposit opening, accessible by sending a Hi/Hello message to 9076030001 in ten Indian languages, including English.
