Abhijit Dube has joined TBWA\Mumbai with immediate effect as General Manager. Dubey who will be reporting to Govind Pandey, CEO, TBWA\India will be responsible for driving growth for the agency and its clients.
Commenting on this new development, Pandey said, "Abhijit's appointment is key to TBWA\Mumbai operation, which shifts to a more focused, less traditional, Digital First model. Dube has joined TBWA\India with more than 15 years of experience in the advertising and digital space, having worked in some of India's most reputable networks. Most recently Dube was senior vice president at Lowe Lintas and Partners where he was responsible for managing the global portfolio of Lifebuoy Soap, where he lead the global roll out for the brand's most recognised communications. Dube also lead Saffola, Pepsi, Horlicks, Nourischo and MTS.

TBWA\India experienced significant growth in 2016 on the back of its new leadership. The agency's Disruption Live focus and Digital First approach is seeing payback in terms of new business win as India's digital advertising spends are slated to grow at 30 per cent versus 10 per cent for the category as a whole.
