The Asset under Management (AUM) of Passive Funds witnessed a 36 per cent increase, rising from Rs. 4.7 lakh Crore in March 2022 to a staggering Rs. 6.46 lakh Crore in March 2023, according to the Bandhan Bank Mutual Fund Trends Report.
The report revealed that 44 percent of the total equity inflows for FY23 were channeled through the avenues of SIP and NFO, underscoring the growing preference for structured investment approaches.
