Xiaomi's Costliest Smartphone Mi Mix 2 Goes On Sale In India: Where To Buy, Offers, And More
Xiaomi recently launched its much-awaited bezel-less smartphone Mi Mix 2 in India. Priced at Rs 35,999, the smartphone is now available for buyers as special preview sale has started from 17 October 12 pm onwards- exclusively through Flipkart and Mi.com. Mi Mix 2 will also be available at offline stores and Mi Home from the first week of November.
Mi Mix 2 is available at no cost EMIs on both Flipkart and Mi.com and buyers will get 20 per cent cashback if they make payment using PhonePe wallet. Buyers will get 10 per cent instant discount if they purchase the device through HDFC credit or debit card and 5 per cent discount if purchased through Axis Bank Buzz credit card.
Mi Mix 2 runs on MIUI 8.0 based on Android 7.1 Nougat. It is powered by Qualcomm’s fastest Snapdragon 835 Octa-core processor. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which is not expandable through a MicroSD card.
The highlight of Mi Mix 2 is its bezel-less 18:9 display; it features a 5.99-inch FHD + (2160x1080) full-screen display. According to Xiaomi, the device has the same size as a 5.5-inch display device but due Mi Mix 2’s bezel-less design, users will get more display area. The company has ditched the proximity sensor instead they use ultrasonic technology for that.

It sports a 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 image sensor with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF autofocus, 4-axis OIS, and two-tone flash at the rear. On the front is a 5-megapixel selfie camera with beauty mode.
Mi Mix 2 is backed by a 3400mAh non-removable battery which supports Quick Charge 3.0. There is a fingerprint scanner below the rear camera, with which you can unlock the device. The handset comes with LTE 4-antenna technology which Xiaomi claims give up to 100 per cent faster 4G service.
Connectivity options are- Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C, 4G VoLTE.
