President Draupadi Murmu Visits Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, Promotes Tribal Upliftment And Spiritual Harmony

President of India Draupadi Murmu was warmly welcomed by Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur. This visit to the spiritual sanctuary held immense significance as it marks Murmu as the first President of India to visit the Southern part of Gujarat since independence. The invitation extended by Revered Gurudevshri Rakeshji added to the historical significance of the occasion.
The Governor of Gujarat, Acharya Devvratji, Cabinet Minister Dr. Kuber Dindor, Minister of State Jagdish Panchal, and Principal Secretary of the Tribal Development Department, Dr. S. Murali Krishna, were among the dignitaries attending this magnificent event held in the courtyard of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur.
The President visited the Gurudevshri Rakesh-inspired Shrimad Rajchandra Mission in Dharampur. Se arrived at the majestic auditorium of the Ashram named "Raj Sabhaghar," where millions of devotees watched online and countless others were present in person, all warmly welcoming the President with his atom charged with vibrations of purity and divinity.
As a token of honour, the trustee of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur gave the President a shawl and a necklace. As a memento of their meeting, Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji gave the President a statue of Shrimad Rajchandraji and an exquisite replica of the Raj Sabhagriha. In addition, the President enjoyed seeing the tribal people perform a mesmerising Dangi dance. In addition, the President received a unique gift from the tribal sisters involved in Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur's women empowerment programme.
Droupadi Murmu is the first President from the tribal community and works actively for the upliftment of these communities. Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur has also been successfully doing many works for the upliftment of the tribal people of South Gujarat. Over the years the institution has worked in the fields of education, health, women development etc, for which the President expressed happiness.
The Satsang category "Only then God will be pleased" and the meditation category "Forgiveness" were also released by the Governor. The President received the first set of this type from the Governor. The event turned out to be a stunning fusion of national leadership, social service, and religion.
"By visiting Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, I express my heartfelt respect for a great spiritual tradition," the President stated in a statement.
She emphasised that this spiritual refuge, led by Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji, has accomplished extraordinary work in the footsteps of Shrimad Rajchandraji. These leaders have made it their life's work to bring harmony and peace to humanity. Their admirable work significantly advances human welfare. She praised the organisation for having more than 200 locations worldwide.
"India has been a country of spiritual tradition since time immemorial, and Shrimad Rajchandraji is a personality who will always inspire the coming generations," the governor stated while expressing his feelings on the occasion. The mission of Revered Gurudevshri Rakeshji is to disseminate among the masses the tradition of Shrimadji's universal life principles, which have the power to foster pleasure, peace, and joy on earth. This is why I applaud them. It is also important to defend the underprivileged, downtrodden, and exploited people in this tribal region.
Thanking the President on the occasion, Atmarpit Nemiji, Vice President of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, stated, "We consider ourselves very fortunate to be devotees of revered Gurudevshri Rakeshji."

The President chaired a public meeting with more than 350 leaders of tribal tribes from Gujarat at Rajsabhagriha on the same day, with the goal of uplifting PVTGs under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Mana Yojana.
