Nokia has announced a new variant of its mid-range smartphone Nokia 5. The company has announced a new 3GB RAM variant at a new price of Rs 13,499. Nokia 5 was launched in India back in June with 2GB RAM at a price of Rs 12,499.
Nokia’s 3GB RAM variant will be available on Flipkart starting tomorrow (7 November), the smartphone will also be available through offline retailers from 14 November. Nokia 5 (3GB variant) will be available in matte black and tempered blue shades.
To recall, the smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 coupled with 2GB/3GB of RAM. It features a 5.2-inch HD (1280x720) IPS LCD display which is larger than Nokia 3.
Nokia 5 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual tone LED Flash, on the front is an 8-megapixel camera. The smartphone has an internal storage of 16GB; the storage can be expanded up to 128GB through a MicroSD card.
It is backed by a non-removable 3000mAh and has a 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options includes- Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS
