Genesys International Achieves Record Quarterly PAT With 168% Growth
Total revenue reached Rs. 70.11 crores in Q4 FY24, up from Rs. 47.39 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 60.25 crores in Q3 FY24
Genesys International Corporation, a pioneer in advanced mapping, survey, and geospatial services, has announced its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2024. The company has achieved its highest ever quarterly Profit After Tax (PAT), showing an impressive growth of 168 per cent.
The key standalone financial performance for Genesys International Corporation in Q4 FY24 shows a significant improvement across all metrics compared to previous periods. Total revenue reached Rs. 70.11 crores in Q4 FY24, up from Rs. 47.39 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 60.25 crores in Q3 FY24, culminating in a year-over-year (Y-o-Y) revenue of Rs. 199.70 crores in March 2024 compared to Rs. 186.35 crores in March 2023. EBITDA saw a remarkable increase to Rs. 37.24 crores in Q4 FY24 from Rs. 17.80 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 31.97 crores in Q3 FY24, resulting in an annual figure of Rs. 84.65 crores versus Rs. 64.85 crores the previous year.
The EBITDA margin also improved significantly to 53.11 per cent in Q4 FY24 from 37.56 per cent in Q4 FY23 and remained consistent with Q3 FY24’s 53.05 per cent, showing an annual rise to 42.39 per cent from 34.80 per cent last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased to Rs. 30.64 crores in Q4 FY24 from Rs. 11.68 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 25.98 crores in Q3 FY24, with Y-o-Y figures showing Rs. 60.54 crores in March 2024 compared to Rs. 48.52 crores in March 2023. The PBT margin also saw significant growth, reaching 43.70 per cent in Q4 FY24 from 24.65 per cent in Q4 FY23 and 43.12 per cent in Q3 FY24, with annual margins improving to 30.32 per cent from 26.03 per cent.
The PAT for Q4 FY24 was Rs. 21.52 crores, a substantial increase from Rs. 8.04 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 20.55 crores in Q3 FY24, leading to an annual PAT of Rs. 45.18 crores, up from Rs. 38.46 crores the previous year. Consequently, the PAT margin rose to 30.70 per cent in Q4 FY24 from 16.96 per cent in Q4 FY23 and 34.10 per cent in Q3 FY24, with the Y-o-Y margin improving to 22.62 per cent from 20.64 per cent.
The key consolidated financial performance for Genesys International Corporation Limited in Q4 FY24 indicates substantial growth across all financial metrics compared to previous periods. Total revenue in Q4 FY24 rose to Rs. 71.63 crores from Rs. 48.03 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 61.87 crores in Q3 FY24, with year-over-year (Y-o-Y) revenue reaching Rs. 203.27 crores in March 2024 compared to Rs. 187.63 crores in March 2023. EBITDA increased to Rs. 36.72 crores in Q4 FY24 from Rs. 17.73 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 33.30 crores in Q3 FY24, resulting in an annual figure of Rs. 85.57 crores versus Rs. 64.87 crores the previous year.
The EBITDA margin also showed a significant improvement, reaching 51.26 per cent in Q4 FY24 compared to 36.91 per cent in Q4 FY23 and 53.83 per cent in Q3 FY24, with the annual margin rising to 42.09 per cent from 34.57 per cent last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged to Rs. 24.10 crores in Q4 FY24 from Rs. 5.64 crores in Q4 FY23 and Rs. 21.16 crores in Q3 FY24, with Y-o-Y figures reflecting Rs. 37.18 crores in March 2024 compared to Rs. 24.99 crores in March 2023.
The PBT margin significantly increased to 33.65 per cent in Q4 FY24 from 11.74 per cent in Q4 FY23 and 34.20 per cent in Q3 FY24, with annual margins improving to 18.29 per cent from 13.31 per cent. The PAT for Q4 FY24 was Rs. 14.85 crores, a substantial rise from Rs. 2.15 crores in Q4 FY23, though slightly down from Rs. 15.85 crores in Q3 FY24, leading to an annual PAT of Rs. 22.07 crores, up from Rs. 19.08 crores the previous year. Consequently, the PAT margin increased to 20.73 per cent in Q4 FY24 from 4.48 per cent in Q4 FY23 and 25.63 per cent in Q3 FY24, with the Y-o-Y margin improving to 10.86 per cent from 10.17 per cent.
