Smartphone brand Comio on Wednesday (4 October) launched its new smartphone Comio C2 in India. Priced at Rs 7,199, the smartphone is available on various e-commerce sites; it is also available at retail stores in West and North India.
Comio C2 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Comio UI on top It is powered by 1.3GHz Quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 processor coupled with 2GB RAM. It has 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB through a MicroSD card.
Comio C2 features a 5-inch HD (1280x720) IPS display. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash. On the front is also an 8-megapixel selfie-camera.
The handset comes with pre-installed unique security features such as Intruder Selfie, Antivirus, and Anti-Theft. In case of any suspicious activity, SIM-based alerts are shared with the registered alternate mobile number. One of the interesting feature of Anti-theft is the image click seek, wherein when someone tries to unlock the device by trying to break the pattern or PIN, the device will automatically take the image of the unauthorized person. This Intruder Selfie allows you to easily see who has tried to unlock your device without your authorization.
The dual-SIM Comio C2 is backed by a 4000mAh battery which gives up to 20 hours of talk-time. Connectivity options are- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB support, 3.5mm audio-jack, 4G VoLTE, and GPS. The smartphone comes in black and blue colours.
Additionally, the smartphone comes with a free one-time screen replacement warranty within six months of purchase to supplement the one-year + 100 days’ extra manufacturer warranty.
