Based on personality traits that animals have been observed to showcase and how animals are described by humans, I would say it is the Eagle. They are known to have focus, logical intelligence, takes initiative independently and are motivated.

Hard work always tops everything else.
One best decision you ever made?
9 years ago when I graduated, I decided to take up a loss-making retail start-up and make it work rather than falling into the comfortable building material business from our group.
A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?
Delegation empowerment.
Whose advice do you seek when in dilemma?
My father’s. He is a friend, a mentor and a wise human being.
What has been your biggest achievement?
Well, our group has various segments. My biggest achievement would be transforming the loss-making retail start-up into a growing home improvement brand which has been expanding since and reaching greater heights.
One thing that you want to change in yourself?
Well, I’m not a morning person and that is something I would like to change as I feel waking up early gives one a head start.

Always learn to earn respect not demand respect if you want to be successful.
