Sharp India Unveils New Range Of Products

Sharp Business Systems, the Indian arm of Sharp Corporation Japan, has unveiled its latest series of air purifiers, semi-automatic washing machines and refrigerators, aimed at enhancing air quality and household convenience for Indian consumers.

The PureFit series, Sharp’s newest line of air purifiers, includes the models PureFit FX-S120, FP-S42M-L and FP-S40M-T/W. These devices incorporate Sharp’s proprietary Plasmacluster technology, which uses positive and negative ions to neutralize airborne contaminants, allergens and odors from sources such as pets, cooking and smoke. These purifiers employ Coanda Airflow Technology, offering air reaches all areas of a room. Each model includes an Electrostatic HEPA filter to trap fine particles and an Activated Carbon Filter to remove odours.

The FX-S120 and FP-S42M-L models also feature AIoT technology, allowing users to control them remotely through a mobile app and monitor air quality and room conditions with built-in sensors. For users seeking a quieter environment, these purifiers offer a Quiet Mode, which enables silent operation during nighttime.

In the household appliance segment, Sharp introduced the PureWave series of semi-automatic washing machines, each featuring Japan’s 7 Shield technology for enhanced durability. The series includes three models: PureWave, PureWave Plus and PureWave Ultra. Designed to handle tough stains, these machines incorporate HydroBlast technology for deep cleaning and Quadroniq Pulsators to increase washing efficiency. Additional features include a soft-close lid, Toughened Glass and a Hydro Shield Panel for improved safety.

Sharp’s latest line of refrigerators includes single-door and double-door options, focusing on durability with features such as Toughened Glass Shelves and Stabilizer-Free Operation. Like the washing machines, these refrigerators integrate Japan’s 7 Shield protection technology.

Sharp’s new products will be available through major electronics retailers and e-commerce platforms. The PureFit air purifiers are priced between Rs 19,990 and Rs 51,999, while the PureWave washing machines start at Rs 9,500 and the refrigerators start at Rs 14,990.
