SentinelOne And Lenovo Collaborate To Strengthen Cybersecurity For Lenovo Devices

SentinelOne and Lenovo have declared a multiyear agreement to improve endpoint security on millions of Lenovo devices worldwide. The agreement will incorporate SentinelOne's Singularity Platform and Purple AI, a generative AI technology, into Lenovo's ThinkShield security portfolio, with the goal of providing better protection against modern cyber threats. 

SentinelOne's AI-driven security solutions will be included into new Lenovo PC shipments, with upgrades accessible for current machines. This strategic step will strengthen Lenovo's ThinkShield security framework, providing comprehensive, autonomous protection for enterprises of all sizes against changing cyber threats. 

"SentinelOne's Singularity Platform and Purple AI are at the forefront of this evolution, providing unparalleled AI-powered protection," said Nima Baiati, Executive Director and General Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions at Lenovo to analysts while talking about the importance of flexible defences in today's dynamic threat scenario.  The addition of these technologies to Lenovo's new AI PCs will improve endpoint security and enterprise resilience. 

Lenovo intends to use its huge sales and partner network to provide these enhanced security capabilities to a large client base. Patricia Wilkey, SVP and General Manager of Lenovo Solutions and Services Group International Sales, talking about the need for cyber resilience for business continuity, said, "Our collaboration with SentinelOne is a critical aspect of Lenovo's cybersecurity services, aimed at protecting customers from sophisticated threats."

The expanded relationship will also see Lenovo build a new Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service based on SentinelOne's Singularity Platform, which will incorporate AI and EDR capabilities to improve threat detection and response.
