Rollme has released its latest Rollme R3 smart ring, worldwide. This innovative health and fitness equipment has sophisticated functions such as heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring using a PPG (Photoplethysmography) sensor. The Rollme R3 adds on the characteristics of its predecessor, the Rollme R2, which debuted in March.
The Rollme R3 smart ring is normally priced at USD 179.99 (Rs 15,000), but it is presently available for USD 89.99 (around Rs 7,500) internationally. It is available in six sizes (7-12) and three colours, namely, black, gold and silver. The smart ring may be purchased on the official brand website.
The Rollme R3 has a titanium alloy shell created using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology and an interior structure built of hypoallergenic epoxy resin for an irritation-free experience. The smart ring is waterproof up to 5ATM and water resistant for up to 300 meters.
The Rollme R3 automatically detects heart rate and blood oxygen levels using a PPG sensor and low-power infrared LEDs, and its companion app allows you to customise the monitoring interval. This software offers customers thorough health reports. The smart ring supports a variety of sports activities, such as walking, jogging and cycling, and provides information on heart rate, activity time and calories burnt.
Rollme claims that the R3 smart ring can last up to ten days on a single charge and has a standby life of up to 60 days. This prolonged battery life is intended to give convenience for long-term usage without regular recharging.
The ring also has sleep monitoring capabilities with three sleep quality settings, namely - awake, deep sleep and light sleep. Users may gain insights into their sleep quality by seeing thorough information in the app. The smart ring also has gesture controls, which let users to do things like play music, take photographs, switch to video and flick pages. These gesture interactions may be used to control gadgets such as smartphones and smart TVs.
