Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar is scheduled to be sworn in as the chief minister of Bihar on Wednesday afternoon for a record eighth time. Tejashwi Yadav, whose RJD helms the Grand Alliance that elected Kumar as its leader, is also scheduled to be sworn in as the deputy chief minister for the second time. Besides JD(U) and RJD, Congress is expected to be represented in the new cabinet. Kumar had quit the BJP alliance for the second time, stripping the party out of power, before resigning and staking claim to form a new government, armed with the support of the ‘Mahagathbandhan' (Grand Alliance).
There are talks about projecting Nitish Kumar as the main opposition candidate for the 2024 general elections. In this write up I’m going to analyze Kumar's chart using the Jaimini astrology methodology, which is independent of birth time and gives very accurate results. The analysis of the Nitish Kumar oath-taking chart using different methods was published in Business World in November 2020 and was very much accurate about the longevity of the government.

Needless to say, he has a very unique “Chatur Yoga” which is a must in today’s politics. His chara dasha of Gemini started in early 2022 and will continue till 2030. The lord of the same, Mercury is very well placed in his horoscope and is very much capable of putting him up on national politics in a very big way. The present transit chart also indicates the smooth functioning of the new Bihar government for the remaining term.
