Lenovo, a technology company, has expanded its customisation options for gaming desktops in the Indian market. This move comes amid a surge in demand for desktop PCs in India, driven by the need for reliable and affordable computing solutions for businesses and individuals alike.
The expanded customisation options allow customers to tailor their Legion and LOQ gaming desktops to their specific needs. Customers can upgrade components including processors (up to the latest 14th generation Intel i7), memory (up to 32GB), graphics cards (up to Nvidia RTX 4060Ti), storage (SSD and HDD options), Wi-Fi connectivity and even front and rear fans for improved cooling.
"As the needs of present day consumers diversify, we understand that every user has different needs and preferences when it comes to their computing experience," said Ashish Sikka, Director and Category Head, Lenovo India. "With our extensive customisation options, users can access a high-performance system that is tailored to their requirements and have control over the quality and type of components used in their desktops."
Additionally, this focus on customisation aligns with a growing trend in the Indian PC market. According to Statista reports, there is a rising demand for customisable PCs, where customers can choose the specific components they need for a tailored system. Lenovo's expanded options cater to this trend by offering a wider range of upgrade choices.
