IT player Infosys has entered into a strategic collaboration with Proximus Group, Belgium’s top digital services provider, to unlock new business opportunities and enhance customer experiences.
The partnership, as per Infosys, will focus on integrating Proximus Group’s Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and Digital Identity (DI) solutions with Infosys’ digital capabilities to deliver cutting-edge innovations in customer engagement and security.
The collaboration will leverage the strength of Proximus’ international affiliates, including Route Mobile and Telesign, to create AI-driven digital assistants and omnichannel customer engagement tools, backed by enhanced fraud prevention technologies.
Infosys will provide its expertise in digital services, working closely with Proximus to ensure trusted communication and security for global customers. This partnership is expected to enhance the digital experiences of both businesses and residential customers.

The partnership is also expected to address the growing issue of digital fraud.
