From Scratch To Sky: Bharat Pawan Agrawal, Director Finance - South Asia, Diversey
Bharat looks after the financial operations of Diversey in South Asia as a Director of Finance. In the last 15 years of his professional journey, he has worked with multiple companies situated in different countries possessing various cultures.
Bharat led a business set up for Puma Energy where they invested in India to come up with a Bitumen terminal. This project is considered a milestone in Bharat’s career as he headed the same from scratch with a handful of people and made it a multimillion-dollar business in a couple of years.
According to Bharat, “I work with the entrepreneurial spirit in my company. Besides people, performance and partnership a major part of KPI for the team is “Innovation”.
Bharat has been a torchbearer of many new initiatives in his company and looked after difficult situations with strong strategies and mindfulness.
