Dyson has unveiled the Dyson OnTrac headphones. The headphones aim to provide superior noise cancellation technology, up to 55 hours of battery life and customisable colour options. The gadget is, as claimed, designed for comfort, with ultra-soft microfiber ear cushions and a balanced weight distribution mechanism.
The OnTrac headphones feature a custom Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) system with eight microphones that can reduce background noise by up to 40 decibels. They are equipped with 40mm neodymium speaker drivers, delivering audio frequencies from 6 Hertz to 21,000 Hertz and utilise advanced audio signal processing. The headphones offer a battery life of up to 55 hours and allow users to switch ANC modes with a double-tap on the ear cups.
Aiming for comfort, they include foam cushions, gimbal arms and a headband-integrated battery for balance. However, available in four colourways namely, CNC Aluminium, Copper, Nickel and Ceramic Cinnabar, users can also customise outer caps and ear cushions.
The MyDyson app enables sound level monitoring, access to three custom equalizer modes and real-time sound tracking. Additional features include automatic audio pausing when removed, a joystick for playback and volume control and dual microphones for clear call audio. The headphones are priced at Rs 44,900 and are available at Dyson’s website and Dyson demo stores across India.
