CtrlS Datacenters has secured a new land parcel in Patna, located in the Pataliputra Industrial Area, through the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA). The new site is located just 300 metres from CtrlS's existing Patna DC1 facility and will see an investment of approximately Rs 400 crore.
The upcoming datacentre is set to feature a 10MW IT load capacity and accommodate around 1,000 racks. The company has already established Edge datacentres in Lucknow and Patna.

We extend our gratitude to the State government for providing a conducive policy environment, an industry-friendly business climate, and attractive incentives for our upcoming project.”
CtrlS has an extensive network of 13 datacentres spread across Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai Bengaluru, and Kolkata. The company recently announced the launch of the first phase of its Kolkata datacentre at the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub, with plans to invest approximately Rs 2,200 crore over the next five to six years.
CtrlS plans to build a network of over 20 Edge datacentres in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India.
