While increasing the spread of 4G, there are also plans to expedite research and development of 5G.
The action plans also details the potential integration of mobile internet, cloud computing, big data as well as, the Internet of Things (IoT) with manufacturing.
China believes that this move will encourage the healthy development of e-commerce, industrial networks and internet banking. This will provide Chinese e-commerce companies with a base to easily create an international footing.
