With the release of Airdopes ProGear, boat has entered the Open-Ear Wearable Stereo (OWS) market. Boat’s Airdopes ProGear has a unique Air Conduction technology. By delivering audio straight to the ears and reducing sound leakage, this technology seeks to produce enhanced and nuanced sound experience. The earbuds are designed to provide a wide spectrum of sounds, including crisp conversation and rich bass, which makes them appropriate for both music lovers and frequent users.
The ProGear is a bit different from conventional in-ear earbuds, which usually obstruct the ear canal with silicone tips, due to its open-ear design. Rather than blocking the ear canal, these earbuds rest outside of the ear and frequently hook over the ear's borders for support. This design encourages comfort, ventilation and hygiene while enabling users to enjoy high-quality sound while staying aware of their surroundings. This method lessens ear fatigue, allowing for prolonged wear.
The ProGear's Air Conduction technology enables sound waves to enter the ear and vibrate the eardrum, which is subsequently transformed into electrical signals that are transmitted to the brain. The Open Audio technology, which strives to minimise leakage and provide a full audio spectrum while delivering detailed sound straight into the ears, improves this approach.
Clearer calls are made possible by the Airdopes ProGear's Quad-Mic AI-ENxTM technology, which combines four microphones with AI algorithms to cut down on background noise. The earbuds also have strong 15mm drivers that provide boAt's enhanced sound.
The OWS uses Bluetooth v5.3 for connectivity, enabling consistent music delivery across long distances. With a 40ms delay, BEASTTM Mode provides ultra-low latency, which makes it compatible for gaming and streaming videos. These earphones provide 100 hours of total playback. With IPX5 designation, which shields them from water splashes, the earphones are suitable for mild running in the rain, working out and poolside use. The gadget also offers 10 hours of playback with a 10-minute charge due to the ASAPTM Charge feature.
