Itel plans to introduce its first flip-style feature phone, the Itel Flip One, in India next month. This is the brand's first step into the flip phone sector, with a combination of classic design and latest functions.
According to a recent press release from Itel, the Flip One will release in September. The feature phone will be available in three different colours and features a leather back for added refinement. Key characteristics include a non-removable battery and a glass-designed keyboard, making it ideal for consumers looking for a vintage yet functional smartphone.
The smartphone will include features like internet browsing, texting, calling and photography. It supports Bluetooth connectivity too. Charging will be enabled via a USB Type-C port, and the device will support 13 Indian languages, increasing its accessibility throughout the country.
The Itel Flip One is designed for ease of use, with a lightweight and portable structure that allows for one-handed operation. It is a substantial addition to Itel's existing product portfolio, which includes feature phones, tablets, smartwatches, true wireless stereo earphones and smartphones.
Itel just introduced the Itel A50 and Itel A50C smartphones in India, which have iPhone-like Dynamic Bar displays. Both models use the Unisoc T603 SoC and feature 8-megapixel rear cameras. The Itel A50 features a 5,000mAh battery, whereas the A50C has 4,000mAh. Both smartphones are priced below Rs 10,000, demonstrating Itel's presence in inexpensive technological device market.
