Alpex Solar Appoints Aditya Sehgal As CEO

Alpex Solar, a solar systems manufacturer, on Tuesday appointed Aditya Sehgal as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. This change is part of the company's broader strategy to advance growth, innovation, and sustainability within the solar PV panel manufacturing sector.

In conjunction with this appointment, Satish Kumar Gupta has been named as an Additional Non-Executive Director. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and brings over 37 years of experience, including 17 years in the renewable energy sector. Amit Ghai will step into the role of CFO with immediate effect. Ghai has over 20 years of diverse industry experience spanning manufacturing, consumer durables, heavy industries, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Aditya Sehgal stated, "I am honoured to take over as the CEO of Alpex Solar at such a pivotal time. Aditya Sehgal, an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of California, has a notable background in developing complex robotic technologies, automated checkout solutions, and advanced battery systems. His expertise also includes vendor and contract manufacturer management for high-volume electronics production.
