On Emaar 2.0 And Its Vision
Emaar India is experiencing significant growth in a phase, termed as Emaar 2.0, in line with Emaar’s post-de-merger strategy and overall perspective. Over the past few years, we have undergone a transformation, achieving notable milestones in 2024. Our vision is to rank among the top 10 developers in India within the next three years. We aim to achieve this, by delivering exceptional customer experiences, focusing on our projects and collaborating with high-quality vendors to develop 10 million sq. feet of new properties.
On Recent Financial Performance
Emaar India achieved optimistic results in the last two fiscal years, where we have successfully launched 8 projects, out of which 6 projects have been delivered. Our revenue growth has also been healthy, at over Rs 5,500 crore in total, with an investment outlay of Rs 2,200 crore in the last two fiscal years.
On Evolving Luxury Housing Segment
The luxury real estate segment has always served as a coveted asset class for homebuyers and investors alike, reflecting aspirations and evolving lifestyle preferences. Mumbai, NCR, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune & Chennai have seen a positive response, where the average ticket price is Rs 8 crore-plus. In the last few years, Gurgaon has emerged as one of the top destinations for luxury residences typically witnessing ticket size of Rs 8 crore-plus.
On Emaar India’s Commitment To Sustainability
Our commitment to sustainability starts even before construction begins. We meticulously choose the site to minimise disruption to the natural landscape and prioritise preserving existing flora and using topsoil for lush landscaping. We use locally sourced construction materials to reduce carbon footprint. We use high heat reflective paint on the roof to reduce heat ingress thereby lessening AC requirement, R32 is used in a refrigeration system which has zero Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). At Emaar, our focus is on reducing emissions using international standards and best construction practices for minimal impact on the environment.
