Zen Technologies launched four remote-controlled weapon and surveillance systems, aimed at modernising India's defence infrastructure. This marks a leap in advanced technology development, strengthening India's operational efficiency across land, sea and air defences.
The newly unveiled systems—RCWS-7.62x51MMG (Parashu), Tank Mounted RCWS-12.7x108HMG (Fanish), Naval RCWS–12.7x99HMG (Sharur), and Artillery Rugged Camera (Durgam)—are expected to play a crucial role in safeguarding national security and supporting India’s defence forces across various terrains and missions. Each of these systems comes equipped with state-of-the-art capabilities, ranging from advanced thermal imaging to real-time threat detection, designed to give the Indian armed forces a strategic edge.
Ashok Atluri, Chairman and Managing Director of Zen Technologies, said, "Our new range of remote-controlled weapon and surveillance systems is designed to equip armed forces with advanced tools that significantly boost operational capabilities while taking our soldiers out of harm’s way. This launch underscores our commitment to position India as a global leader in critical defence technologies."
