Vivo is preparing to introduce its latest flagship smartphone, the Vivo T3 Ultra 5G, in India on 12 September. The device will be available for purchase through Flipkart and Vivo India's e-store, showcasing a range of advanced features and specifications.
The smartphone is expected to impress with its display and powerful performance. The smartphone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges, HDR10+ support, a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colour depth and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, offering an enhanced viewing experience.
For photography enthusiasts the smartphone comes equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The front-facing camera is also 50MP, supporting 60fps 4K video recording. Both the front and rear cameras include an Aura Light ring-LED flash to enhance photo quality under various lighting conditions.
Performance-wise, the Vivo T3 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset, offering high-speed processing and efficient power management. It will be available in two memory configurations- 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, with the addition of up to 12GB of virtual RAM. The device will feature a substantial 5,500mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging, allowing for rapid recharging. Despite its large battery, the phone has a slim profile at 7.58mm and offers IP68-rated dust and water resistance.
Vivo claims the T3 Ultra will achieve an Antutu benchmark score of over 1,609,257, surpassing the performance of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processors, positioning it as a formidable competitor in the high-performance smartphone market.
Reportedly, the Vivo T3 Ultra 5G can be expected in two colour options- Lunar Grey and Frost Green. The possible pricing is set at Rs 30,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant, Rs 32,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage model and Rs 34,999 for the 12GB RAM/256GB storage version. The release of Vivo T3 Ultra 5G follows the recent introduction of the Vivo T3 Pro and adds to the existing Vivo T3 series, which includes the Vivo T3 5G, Vivo T3 Lite 5G and Vivo T3x 5G.
