Vivo has officially introduced the X200 series in China, with three variants available: the X200, X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini. The Vivo X200 series sports features including Origin OS 5, the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered features like Vivo's own Circle to Search. The chipset, clocked at 2.62GHz and equipped with Cortex-Z924 super cores, offers enhanced performance for demanding applications and multitasking. The devices support 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, as well as storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB UFS 4.0, allowing consumers to select the degree of capacity that best meets their demands.
The X200 Pro and Pro Mini cameras include a triple-lens system, including a 200MP Zeiss-tuned telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom and an aperture of f/2.67. This is backed by a Sony LYT-818 primary sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The X200, on the other hand, sports a simpler dual-camera setup, featuring a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. All three versions feature a 32MP front-facing camera.
In terms of display, the X200 Pro has a 6.78-inch Quad Curved LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits of peak brightness, making it ideal for outdoor use. The X200 Pro Mini has a 6.31-inch flat AMOLED panel with comparable brightness and refresh rate specs, offering a more compact choice without sacrificing display quality. The base X200 features a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display.
Talking about battery abilities, the X200 series also has some suitable ones. With the Pro model sporting a 6000mAh battery, the Pro Mini with a 5700mAh battery and the X200 with a 5800mAh battery. All three devices support 90W wired charging, with the Pro Mini supporting 30W wireless charging for rapid recharges.
The X200 series is priced at CNY 4,300 (about Rs 51,000) for the base X200, CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs 55,700) for the X200 Pro Mini and CNY 5,299 (approximately Rs 62,000) for the X200 Pro. The phones are currently available for pre-order in China and are slated to be available on 19 October. Vivo is also likely to deliver the X200 series to India later this year, following its usual release schedule for X-series devices in the country.
