Triumph Motorcycles India has launched the updated 2017 Triumph Tiger Explorer XCx at a price of Rs. 18.75 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The new Tiger Explorer is imported to India as a completely built unit (CBU) and will be available in three colour options - Jet Black, Crystal While and Lucerne Blue. Powered by a 1,215cc inline three-cylinder engine, it churns out a maximum output of 135.1 Bhp@9300 rpm and a peak torque of 121 Nm@6400 rpm.

Some of the prominent features of the bike include tyre pressure monitoring system, heated grips and seats, electrically controlled windscreens, upto five selectable ride modes, Brembo monobloc 4-piston radial calipers for front discs, advanced on-board computer, Hill Hold Control, 12 Power socket, underseat USB socket, cruise control, foglights, aluminium sump guard, etc.
