TalentSprint, Career Accelerator for Youth, has expanded its connection to banking aspirants in 350 towns through it digital platform. Thousands of aspirants irrespective of the location are now learning at their convenience from India’s leading faculty.
Sridhar K, Chief Digital Officer, TalentSprint said, “Online learning is no longer the privilege of students in metro cities. Aspirants in tier 2 and 3 towns have woken up to its benefits and are adopting online learning faster than their metro counterparts. We have students from 350 towns today. We also find that the success rate of our online students are disproportionately higher than their other counterparts at 65 per cent. The world is getting flat and access to top quality learning no longer remains a location issue.”
Last year, TalentSprint announced the launch of two nation-wide initiatives for its BankersChoice online program – the launch of BankersChoice mobile app for Android smartphones to facilitate learning on-the-go, and a Hindi content program to reach Hindi-speaking youth seeking banking careers.
Over 40 lakh people appear for bank exams which provide around 80,000 jobs representing a minimum of 50 persons seeking every available bank job. To beat the competition, many aspirants seek out for professional support in preparation but the access has always been an issue owing to the market being serviced by a large number of unorganized and local players. At present, there are at least 10 lakh job-seekers in the country who go online to learn and prepare for various recruitment tests being conducted. This is because of three key benefits: access to top faculty, flexible learning and improved effectiveness. With all the exams also going online, this population is expected to grow at more than 40 per cent per annum.
