Rays Power Infra Pvt. Ltd, one of India’s leading solar players, has announced the commissioning of its solar PV project in the southern state of Telangana.
The Rs 77 crore, 11.5 MW project’s work had commenced in January this year and was commissioned in 3 months.

Rays Power Infra, one of the largest EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) players, recently bagged a big share in the Uttarakhand Solar Tender. The total capacity of the tender was 170 MW, of which Rays Infra acquired 80 MW on behalf of its clients.
Developed for Shining Sun Powers, it is one of the fastest commissioned projects in the country. Undertaken by Rays Power Infra on turnkey basis, the project was meticulously executed from land acquisition till its successful commissioning.
Additionally, it is one of the few projects, which has been commissioned out of the allotted 500 MW under Telangana’s Solar Policy.

Spread over 46 acres of land in the Mahbubnagar District of Telangana, the project is commissioned under Government of Telangana’s Solar Park Policy for procuring 500 MW through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.
Rays Power Infra boasts of a track record of 300MW across technologies, geographies (8 Indian states) and project size and is the 3rd largest solar EPC player in India within 5 years of inception.
