Primus Partners Expands Reach With New Office Opening In Chennai

In a move to strengthen its nationwide footprint, Primus Partners, an Indian consultancy firm on Tuesday inaugurated its new office in Chennai. As the second premises in the Southern market, the new office space is expected to enhance the firm’s foothold and client-servicing capabilities.
The press statement read that India’s southern states serve as a significant hub for the company’s growth and help in attracting the right talent while better catering to clients within the region. The Chennai office will provide multiple services to clients, with Digital Strategy and Implementation and Disaster Resilience and Mitigation Planning being two of the key offerings.
Notably, Primus Partners is further planning to expand its headcount in Chennai and aims to make this among the top three offices within the next 12 to 18 months.
Nilaya Varma, Co-founder and CEO of Primus Partners said, “We see tremendous scope for new age consulting firms such as Primus Partners. With India being the world’s third-largest economy, it’s the perfect time to expand our presence not only in India but globally. Accordingly, we intend to open 5-6 new offices in this financial year, doubling our office count, including offices abroad.”
Arun Moral, Managing Director of Primus Partners stated, “Chennai hosts our sixth office in India, marking a significant milestone in Primus Partners’ growth journey, following the success of our Bengaluru office. Anticipating substantial growth in the coming months, we plan to increase our headcount by 50 to 60 per cent in the next 12 to 18 months. This will include onboarding people abroad.”
In the past two years, Primus Partners enhanced its workforce by 100 per cent and the inauguration of the new office indicates there are more milestones to come, the company added in the press statement.
