Polycab India, the wires and cables manufacturer and a rapidly growing Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) company, has revealed its updated brand identity and philosophy, aligning with its future business direction. This transformation is part of Project LEAP, marking a shift beyond wire and cable manufacturing to provide a comprehensive range of electrical solutions for modern living, emphasising safety, convenience, and sustainability.
The new visual identity incorporates colours symbolising growth and progress, with the rising sun as a motif, alongside the letter 'O' from Polycab, reflecting the brand's core values. The colours red, blue, and purple signify leadership in wires and cables, customer connection, and future readiness, respectively, making the brand more modern and relatable.
In line with its vision of 'Bringing the power of innovations to help everyone connect to a brighter future,' Polycab has introduced a new brand line, transitioning from 'Connection Zindagi Ka' to 'Ideas. Connected.'
During the brand identity unveiling, Inder Jaisinghani, Chairman and Managing Director of Polycab India, emphasised the company's journey from its inception to its current position as a wires and cables manufacturing leader. He highlighted the company's focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity and how the new brand identity represents these core principles.
The refreshed brand tagline, 'Ideas. Connected.,' underscores Polycab's commitment to innovative solutions that simplify lives and pave the way for a brighter future.
Additionally, Polycab launched a TVC (television commercial) conveying its promise of a future where homes understand consumers' needs and desires, aiming to connect emotionally with its audience.
