Maggie Webber is a passionate professional speaker and an author of the international best-selling book “A Working Mother’s Guide to a Guilt-Free Career.”
In a conversation at Women Economic Forum, Maggie shared her journey and the tools that she uses to assist her clients to evolve.
Maggie is dedicated to providing her clients tools to enhance their productivity, which effectively manages stress levels, and attain optimal work/life integration. Initially, Maggie’s consultancy focused on sports marketing and management. Later she expanded her client-base to include top executives.
Taking what she learned from working with elite athletes, her primary specialty is now ‘corporate athletes’ and entrepreneurs.
Her niche area according to what she shared, is building close Business Development Relationships with her consulting clients such as Pickwick Group, Real Estate News TV show and the Global IT Platform.
In her endeavor to give back to society, Maggie holds positions on several advisory boards for a number of prominent global organizations including GCC, Rockstar Hubs International, Humanity1 Global and Simple Drinking Water.
22 years ago her life took a turn when she learned Primordial Sound Meditation from Deepak Chopra, the World-renowned integrative medicine expert and author. Where she learnt mantras use Jyotish to find out people’s personal/bija mantra. “At the same time, I decided that I wanted to help mothers. With what I call the struggle with the juggle and started working on my book “A Working Mother’s Guide To A Guilt-Free Career". This the first and part out of a six-part series of her guide to assist working mothers to find their dharma and build their own business, from home if they so choose, so the can have more time for themselves and their family as well.”

Maggie believes that our hearts are smarter than our brains and that tapping into this intelligence helps us to tap into our creativity and intuition.
She highlighted the importance of the HeartMath tools and techniques stressing on how they help you create coherence. “A state of synchronization between heart, brain, nervous system and emotions. This measurable physiological state is the foundation of optimal performance and health. Coherence is a calm, lucid, energized state.
Maggie believes that when your energy is low, it can be difficult to think clearly, perform tasks well and even bounce back. According to her, this method helps you Resilience can be thought of as the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt to stress, challenge or adversity.
Stressing though that, “Having greater resilience doesn’t mean you will not find yourself in difficult situations. What it does mean is you’ll have an internal capacity that will give you the strength and resolve to handle whatever comes up.”
She claims that once you employ this method “Automatic stress reactions won’t dictate how you feel, respond or perform, whether you’re at work or at home.”
