The seafood restaurant has curated an exquisite festival that showcases the diverse flavours and culinary possibilities of mango, from traditional mango-infused delicacies to innovative mango-inspired creations. A mango festival at Sana-di-ge offers something to tantalize every taste bud.

Here are a few enticing mango dishes that will be featured during the festival, including mango kesari lassi, mango rasam, mavina kai mudholi, mango pulisseery, kozhi mango fry, chemmen manga fry, aam masholi fry, goan prawns curry, mango kulfi, mango burfi, and mango srikhand. Mango rasayan is one of the most ordered dishes from the special menu. It is made with safeda aam, coconut milk, and jaggery. Coconut milk is the main ingredient for many dishes, said head Chef Sukhesh Kanchan. 'We start our day by extracting coconut milk from fresh coconuts to have the base ready for our dishes,' added Chef Chandan.

Aam Masholi Fry, Kozhi Manga Fry, Chemmeen Manga Fry, and Mavina Kai Mudholi, prepared with mango, offer a taste that is eagerly awaited every summer season.
