M27QA ICE Monitor By Gigabyte Introduced In India

Gigabyte has introduced the M27QA ICE Monitor in India, a 27-inch QHD display targeting gamers and content creators priced at Rs 29,000.

The Gigabyte M27QA ICE is a 27-inch Super Speed IPS display with a resolution of 2560x1440, offering a high refresh rate of 180Hz and a 1ms (MPRT) response time to deliver smooth visuals with low input lag, suited for competitive gaming. Supporting AMD FreeSync, the monitor helps eliminate screen tearing when used with compatible GPUs. It is also VESA DisplayHDR400 certified, providing enhanced brightness and contrast for improved image quality during gameplay. With 95 per cent DCI-P3 and 130 per cent sRGB colour coverage, the monitor aims to deliver precise colours for users who work with visuals.

Among its other features, the M27QA ICE includes a KVM switch that allows users to control multiple devices with one set of keyboard, video and mouse. The monitor also integrates Gigabyte’s tactical features, such as the OSD Sidekick software for adjusting display settings and customising profiles, and the Black Equaliser and Aim Stabiliser to reduce motion blur and provide clearer visuals in low-light scenes.

Assistant General Manager at Gigabyte India, Supriya Gawde Mankame, spoke about the market's shift toward premium devices combining functionality and aesthetics, with the M27QA ICE monitor designed to meet this demand. She noted that the monitor reflects consumer preferences in India, where there is growing interest in devices that blend advanced technology with minimalistic design.

To improve customer support in India, Gigabyte has expanded its service offerings with on-site support for monitors and laptops, part of a commitment to reliable after-sales service. The on-site service includes the ‘3H’ guarantee, offering quality, efficiency and hassle-free support. Available Pan-India, this service allows users to schedule on-site assessments and repairs, reducing the need to transport equipment. Gigabyte’s service support also includes Original Vendor Service, the E-Global Repair System and Global Service Management, providing access to regionally tailored assistance and logistics solutions.

As part of the M27QA ICE’s, Gigabyte introduced its ‘Shout Out Program – You Review, AORUS Reward,’ where customers can share feedback on the product for a chance to earn rewards.
