L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Silicon Valley-based Intelliswift Software, to enhance its capabilities in software product development, platform engineering, and AI-driven solutions.
Intelliswift, which supports four of the top five global hyperscalers and more than 25 Fortune 500 companies, will add value to LTTS’s portfolio, allowing it to expand into new sectors like retail and fintech and strengthen partnerships with major technology spenders.
The acquisition aligns with LTTS’s strategic goal to advance its offerings across digital and software product engineering, supporting its medium-term target of reaching USD 2 billion in revenue.
