Lenovo unveiled the Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, its first next-generation Copilot+ PCs powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor. These laptops are designed to deliver a new era of artificial intelligence (AI) in the PC industry.
The Yoga Slim 7x will be available starting in June 2024 with a starting price of USD 1,199. The ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 will also be available starting in June 2024 with a starting price of USD 1,699.
Additionally, the Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 are equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor, featuring a 12-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU, Qualcomm Adreno GPU and a dedicated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU. This combination is claimed to deliver leading PC performance per watt and the fastest AI NPU processing to date, at 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS).
Through advancements from Microsoft and Copilot+, users can now access Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities even when offline, offering seamless productivity and creativity. This allows users to tap into the extensive Copilot+ knowledge base and leverage generative AI and machine learning to complete tasks such as composing text, crafting visuals and streamlining common productivity tasks.

Additionally, the Yoga Slim 7x is designed for creators, with features that include text-to-image generation, advanced photo and video editing functionalities and text creation and editing feedback. It offers a 14.5-inch 3K 90Hz PureSight OLED touch display with 100 per cent sRGB and P3 colour gamut support. The starting weight is 2.82 lbs (1.28kg) and the thickness is 0.50 inches (12.9mm).
The ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is aimed at business users and features the Snapdragon X Elite processor with an integrated Adreno GPU and on-device AI engine. It boasts a 45 TOPS NPU for enhanced productivity and seamless creation processes. The ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 comes equipped with up to 64GB of LPDDR5x memory and a sleek 14-inch ultra-thin form factor.
Further, both the laptops are part of a long-standing collaboration between Lenovo, Qualcomm Technologies and Microsoft. This collaboration has resulted in an extensive list of over one hundred enterprise software applications optimised for Windows on Snapdragon.
