Lenovo Unveils AI-Powered Yoga Slim 7x Creative Copilot+ PC In India

Lenovo has introduced the Yoga Slim 7x in India, the first next-generation Copilot+ PC powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon X Elite CPU.

The Yoga Slim 7x uses generative AI and machine learning to help with tasks like word authoring, graphic creation and task management. According to Ashish Sikka, Director and Category Head at Lenovo India, the product intends to deliver optimal AI experiences by providing consumers with innovative and trustworthy solutions such as multiday battery life, faster and secure client-based processing and substantial personalisation and control.

The laptop is powered by Qualcomm Technologies' Snapdragon X Elite CPU, which has an AI NPU processing up to 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). The Lenovo AI Core works with the Snapdragon X Elite processor to change power and efficiency based on user tasks, giving access to sophisticated AI-enabled capabilities in a compact device.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x weighs 1.28kg and has a thickness of 12.9mm, making it portable and resource-efficient, with no plastic in the packing. The Snapdragon X Elite processor's Hexagon NPU includes built-in functionality such as text-to-image conversion, enhanced photo and video editing and text creation and feedback.

The Yoga Slim 7x has a 14.5-inch 16:10 3K 90Hz OLED touch display with a maximum brightness of 1000 nits, 100 per cent sRGB and P3 colour gamut compatibility and TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light. It incorporates a full-HD MIPI IR webcam with four Voice ID microphones for crisper video chats and discussions. The Lenovo Premium Suite's four-speaker sound system provides an overall enhanced audio experience.

The device's 70Wh battery provides multi-day battery life while consuming around 68 per cent less power than standard laptops. It also has Rapid Charge Express technology, which provides up to 3 hours of operation with a 15-minute charge. Users may also personalise the Yoga Slim 7x by selecting the 'Custom to Order' (CTO) option on Lenovo.com, which allows customisation of features like as RAM and storage, with delivery within 25 days of purchase. The AI-enabled Yoga Slim 7x is priced at Rs 1,50,990.
