Land Rover has introduced the 2024 Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two. The Edition Two builds on the popularity of the Range Rover Sport SV, with additional design options for the 2024 model year, including a more aggressive stance and improved driving characteristics.
The 2024 Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two is driven by a 4.4-liter Twin-Turbo Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) V8 engine that can provide 467 kW and 750 Nm of torque. This engine allows the car to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, making it the most powerful Range Rover Sport ever made. The vehicle also has a hydraulically integrated 6D Dynamics suspension system that maintains a near-level stance during hard acceleration, braking and cornering. Brembo Carbon Ceramic Brakes, along with eight-piston front callipers, provide increased stopping power, while an optional 23-inch carbon-fiber wheel set reduces total weight by 76 kg, boosting handling, acceleration and ride quality.
The exterior of the Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two has been updated with four new colour options, namely, Blue Nebula Matte, Ligurian Black Gloss, Marl Grey Gloss and Sunrise Copper Satin. Each colourway is complemented by new carbon-fiber finishers and forged alloy wheels, which heighten the vehicle's commanding road presence. Inside, the Edition Two has a choice of knit fabrics or Windsor leather upholstery, with the SV Performance Seats incorporating integrated headrests, carbon-fiber backboards and LED SV insignia. The seats are 16-way adjustable, heated, cooled and massage-enabled, offering driver and passenger comfort.
In terms of technology, the Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two comes with a Body and Soul Seat (BASS) system that includes in-car sensory audio technologies to improve the overall driving experience. The steering wheel has pronounced thumb grips and a thick rim, as well as an illuminated SV Mode button that modifies the vehicle's suspension, powertrain, steering, gearbox and active exhaust for enhanced performance. The gear-shift paddles use LED edge lighting, with the symbols shifting from white to red when SV Mode is activated.
