Infosys, a leader in digital services and consulting, has notified about its collaboration with TDC Net, a Danish digital infrastructure and connectivity provider, on 30 July 2024. Through this collaboration, Infosys aims to modernize TDC Net’s information technology (IT) infrastructure, improving their customer experience along with helping them optimise IT and operational service costs.
TDC Net is set to receive support from Infosys in transforming itself from a traditional infrastructure company to a leading customer-centric technology company. Infosys will standardise and simplify TDC Net’s IT systems by implementing AI-driven hyper automation while adhering to industry standard processes. This will help enhance business productivity by consolidating TDC Net’s IT systems into fewer platforms.
